As the owner of the Running in Cork website, I often get asked about suitable routes for running around Cork. What I have done here is to list routes where you can largely avoid traffic and it's associated noise and fumes. Where possible, public walkways and quiet roads are used and are easy to follow.
The routes may be of particular interest to say a new runner or a tourist coming to Cork and wondering where are the best and safest places to run.
